Gostei muito deste produto, tenho problemas na coluna e já fiz um teste. No meu caso por ter uma doença na coluna de início dói muito fazer o estiramento mas passados alguns minutos sinto alívio. Recomendo o produto e o vendedor que me enviou um dia depois do pagamento. Não posso dizer da durabilidade do produto, espero que seja resistente e não quebre. Estou com o produto fazem 2 dias.
