the Bolt and nut that comes with this unit which is supposed to feed through the underside of the glock is not in the correct location and requires modification to ensure this unit doesn't fall off during recoil. an average person won't be able to properly modify it to correctly secure to a glock 1 gen 3. Possibly the precut slit will accommodate other gens or models but was not the case with a glock 1 gen 3
